NA
Actuators are nothing but motors responsible for controlling motion. But they differ from the motors that we generally see, in the respect that they can be pneumatically or hydraulically operated as well.

Motors if we talk about are usually electrical based, which are usually used for meeting rotational speed and torque requirements. Actuators on the other hand, for e.g., are used for operations requiring controlled rotation for a small period of time, such as opening and closing dampers, height adjustment systems etc.

Hope this helps.
