Are there any fruits that are healthier when dried? If so, which ones and why?

This depends on what you mean by “healthier”.

You can probably eat a lot more dried fruit than fresh fruit, which means you’re getting more of everything - good and bad. More vitamins, more fiber, but also more calories, more sugar.
