All mushrooms can be frozen, but if you are intending to eat them raw, the quality is not going to be as good after thawing.

If you are planning to use the mushrooms cooked, it probably easiest to cook them first and then freeze the finished product. I do that all the time. They don’t suffer in quality at all - I think they hold up better than most vegetables.
