Not for very long and not in optimal health. The human body cannot make its own vitamins and minerals. We need a variety of different foods in order to live. Most people realize that we need protein, carbohydrates, and fats. But there are a lot of other things we need as well. Vitamins and minerals help the body to have strong cell walls, make hormones, and a lot of other processes that must take place in the body. There is not really any single food that we can rely on to remain healthy and live.
