no, FlipKart does not provide any discounyt to their employees on their products. their philosophy is that, is there's a discount, its for everyone. howwver, FlipKart takes care of it employees by using other methods like, free breakfast, lunch and evening hi-teas. pantry full of tea and coffee through out the day.
