Fluorescent dye shines a bright neon yellow when exposed to an ultra violet rays. you can make fluorescent fabric by taking a highlighter and using its plaastic tube out, squeez the tube inside a container, analyze that the tube is completely empty and then use the Ultra violet light to see the fluorescence.

Answered 8 months agoits with the dyes of the colorant used in the dye process for the fabric. certain pigment give a ‘florescent color’ to paper and fabrics.
