Cleaning leather will need chemicals. The soiling that is on the leather will need alcohol to break it down to be removed. however, you can still use a moist cloth and vaccume to get the job done sometimes.

Cleaning leather will require chemicals. The soiling that is on the leather will need a cleaner to break it down to be removed. It may not require a lot of cleaner though. Leather Master makes a kit to clean leather and it works very well. The other issues with leather is that it will need moisturizing after cleaning and depending on the type of leather, a protection coating. Leather Master makes all these products and they can be found on Amazon.
