DO
To sell some types of food and beverages at festivals, you'll need some a vendor's license or a food handler's permit. So, restaurants that participate in events can obtain a temporary permit. This allows getting the privileges for 24 to 48 hours.

I can closely relate to this! I love cooking and it’s been a hobby for a long time but when it comes to selling my food, I always fall short.
I always thought it was a great idea to showcase and sell my food in food festivals but food fests usually don’t allow home cooks and chefs to participate in their event.

But I was really happy when I came across this on Facebook:

Foodeez is organising its first ever food event in Bengaluru for home chefs! When i read more i got to know that this food fest is exclusively for all home cooks and food lovers who want to sell their food in food festivals and showcase their talent. I absolutely loved this idea of promoting home cooks and can’t wait to participate in the event.

I have already registered for the event. You can also register here- The Biggest Food Festival In Bangalore | Foodeez Fest

It is happening in Baldwins Grounds Bengaluru on 18th and 19th January 2020. I hope I get to see you fellow home chefs there!
