It's pretty challenging to assess the grade used in any concrete after the ingredients have been mixed and specially when concrete has been placed.
Therefore , it's essential for the construction personnel to verify that the right grade of the specified cement has been procured , tested and stored in adequate quantity at the site well before the day of concreting.
The same concept applies to all other constituents of the self compacting concrete.
