How long do electric towel rails take to heat up?

some towel rails may take 20 minutes to heat up fully, but the ones which are powered by powerfuil electric resources would take only 5 minutes to heat up. they have an attached timer that can a=nitify you when the towel has reached the desired temperature.

Answered 3 years agoThey generally use between 40–100 watts and reach full temp in about 15 minutes. You would notice warmth after just a couple minutes and it’s probably sufficiently warm after 10 minutes of being turned on. I recommend treating them like a curling iron… turn on when you start your bath, ready when you’re done with your bath, then turn off to reduce energy consumption, pollution, all that stuff.
