Counterveiling duty costs is 12.5 % which is equal to excise duty. moving on, there will be education cess of 3% like surcharge plus Landing charges of 1 % along some minor adjustments. So, the custom duty shall be approx Rs.600. for the mobile you are importing through ALIBABA.COM
