Answered 2 years agoFirstly, ensure you have your domestic compliance viz. PT, Shops & Establishment, VAT, service tax, PAN, TAN etc. all in perfect order (the moment you apply for an export licence, you will be under the radar for compliance)
Then, you need to get yourself an IEC code i.e Import Export code. Make sure you are exporting something that is legitimate (each of the goods that you intend to export will have a specific HSN (harmonized item code) which is unique code for each of the component / commodity.
