1kg fish means 1000 grams fish. So by applying unitary method we can easily get the cost of 700 grams.

1000grams costs 200rupees.

So 1 gram will cost 200/1000 rupees.

So 700 grams will cost (200/1000)× 700 rupees

That means 140 rupees.

Answer is 140 rupees.
