Yes. Drink water instead of alcohol.

When you drink alcohol, it enters the blood through from your stomach. (Alcohol is not digested by stomach). From the blood it comes out through your lungs. When you blow to the analyser, the machine is checking the concentration of alcohol in your breath.

Drink on a full stomach. It will reduce the rate of absorption of alcohol from stomach and you will get a few more minutes to be under the legal limits. Or eat lot of fatty food before and during drinking.

There is no other way of escaping the breathalyser.
