advance planning is the key to success. if you are hiring unpaid marketers or sales representatives, you have to plan and organise first. set proper schedules for the representatives, define their accurate positions in the project and give them a token of appreciation after every accompolishment.

You cannot manage anyone who you do not employ. You can offer guidance, materials, education, and any kind of accountability measures you can put in place, but independent sales reps are “independent.”

The best you can do is have a once a week sales call/meeting/training/event that allows your reps to get together in one place to talk about goals and failures, but if they don't show, there isn't much you can do about it.
