psychological freedom is what you are when you are born with and what you lose as you enter more into bondage by indentofying slef as, labels, names, characterstics, descriptions, seccesses, occupations and degrees. psychological freedom is freedom from attachment, freedom of being identified by anything.

It does not really mean anything because as a human you cannot be free of your psychology. There is no easy, quick way to get rid of the mental and physical habits you have developed over a long period of time. Nor should you. People it has happened to due to brain damage or severe mental or physical illness find it very difficult to start redeveloping a psychological self from scratch.
