The first choice is, and forever will be, books. Next, tutorial videos and research papers might work well for you. ResearchGate is a good forum to learn more and more about chemistry. Sit with your professors and peers to get the most knwoledge. Indulge in healthy discussions.

Books, tutorial video, papers, and ResearchGate forum, and never forget your professors and peers.
But for starters, I would recommend Computational Chemistry by David C. Young or Molecular Modelling by Andrew Leach.
