the typical commission for a slaes rep selling LED IS 20%, Their work is focused, they need to know the baiscs, the engineering and it seems to be an interesting percentage however, not fit not good.

I recently looked into a position offering a 20% commission, no salary or benefits. Focused on engineering large projects. Interesting, but not a good fit for a family budget, in my opinion.
