I am an Indian and in India, “Coriander” is called “Dhania”; available in two forms, i.e. Coriander Leaves, called “Hara Dhania” and “Dhania” Seeds, i.e. “Dhania Sukha” (Dry). While “Hara Dhania” is sprinkled on vegetable dishes for garnishing, Dhania Seeds (and its powder also) is a major part of both “Garam Masala” and vegetable dishes.
