What is the difference between a right circular cylinder and hollow cylinder?

A right circular cylinder is a straight cylinder with each end perpendicular to it central axis, it need not be hollow. A hollow cylinder has a void in it middle, either closed or open, a vessel, a cup, or a pipe.
