What is the right time to harvest coriander leaves?

You should harvest them when the plants are about 6 -8 inches tall and before they start to flower which should be 3–4 weeks after they sprout.

You can stagger the planting if you have the space for 3 or 4 crops and won’t run out until the season ends.

I prefer the stems to the leaves as I find they pack more flavor but they're harvested at the same time so don’t eschew them for the leaves exclusively.
