The concrete would be the highest cost. The formwork labor and materials, forming and stripping, reinforcing and supply and placing the concrete would be expensive. Concrete runs about $150+ per cu yard of materials. Forming runs $4+/- per square foot for forming.

Other aspects of the house would remain relatively constant, but the concrete would bring the cost up significantly. Using insulated concrete form system (ICF) would bring the cost down a little, since the foam replaces the concrete plywood forms and do not require removal.
