dear buddy…..saw myself exactly in ur situation…1 year before ;) now coming to the point …….i can suggest u a master strategy of completing neet question booklet on time….and revising it too so here we go-:

1- u should solve question booklet in an exact sequence which i am going to reveal…first start with bio….favourite of aspirants and most reliable subject too….tick quickly and leave the questions that are put up in order to engross u for >5 mins…

2- now solve atleast 17–19 questions of physics which are damn easy such as dimensional analysis; graph based questions of variation of potential etc; radioactivty and nuclear physics section and even easy chapters like gravitation…solve at a rapid pace and tick the answers of solved portion…..i said this because now u have solved atleast 35% easy physics section….

3- now come to chemistry and solve theory based factual questions and then numericals….….solve entire chemistry with gradual and cool temper because almost 1/3 rd of physics is safe…atleast the easy physics portion has fallen in ur basket…and now after solving entire chemistry …start filling omr from all the three subjects by keeping fingers on correct option so that u dont end up bubbling wrong answers…

3- now that u have bubbled completely biology, chemistry and almost 35% physics….now solve remaining 10+ questions of physics of moderate to difficult level and bubble them simultaneously in omr sheet….this adds up to a total 30 questions in physics which is enough for getting 515+ score…..atleast u have secured a govt mbbs seat ….now revise the question booklet and further attempt tough questions ……which may further get u rank….best of luck…hope this pattern may help…
