it is not specified where exactly can you find them. however, you can try the computer shops in a local market to find the best prices that you think suit you.

I have done business with all of these companies. Synnex has a local warehouse and I can pickup a van-load of servers and desktops instead of shipping them.
There is no margin in new hardware and they are too cheap to bother with getting used unless you have sufficient expertise to know what could be profitable to buy.
