I don't know if you are thinking about creating a food product to package commercially for sale to the public or if this is for your own personal use. I do know that some commercial kitchens will allow other chefs to rent space or use the kitchen facilities. Packaging on the other hand is usually handled by outside sources that specialize in packaging and shipping. Special equipment is used to package food for market. For home packaging a good food saver can't be beat.
