Most hot tubs are kept at a temperature of 100 degrees (they should never exceed 104 degrees) and, because of that, your body sweats and dehydrates you. You should never stay in a hot tub longer than 20 minutes. To tell if you’re starting to become dehydrated, here are a few signs to watch for: dry mouth, dizziness, unusual thirst, or a headache.
