Why do many packed branded potato wafer companies use palm olein oil, which is unhealthy?

If you are unaware about the fact i will give you some technical details:-

Smoking point- Palm olein has smoke points of >180 degrees C, hence as frying of chips is done at 180 degree C it is used extensively.

low FFA : FFA is free fatty acid content of the oil which is driving actor deciding the quality of the end product, and is is less than of1%, , and polar and polymer contents of <25% and <6%.

These all help in the achieving the product quality and it meets all the regulations in economic rates hence it is mostly favoured oil in this industry.
