Are there any good dishwashers?

Yes, I use these:

Work really well.

I had the socalled electromechanical kind and I still wound up using the above to get the dishes clean to wash them in the washer. Insanity.

I have a Jennair stove with a convection oven and it is digital. The best feature is it is big. The worst feature is it is big. I use it sparingly. Right now my main go to oven is my DeLonghi Countertop oven which is smaller and has many functions. The best thing is it has a rounded back so you can put a pizza pan in to make pizza. I use it a lot as I don’t need to make that many big things and it saves money over the big oven. I got an airbasket for it and it does air frying really well to.

Cakes mostly. I could put a bunch of attachments on, but I really don’t need them. To me it is a waste of money. I can peel by hand, I have a pasta machine already and grinding meat works just as well in my food processor. It seems foolish to have a $200 stand mixer just for cakes, I guess, but it is so much better than the cheap one I had that didn’t have a very low speed and would fling flour and batter around.

I have 2 projectors a 5′ tree with lights and a bush with fairy lights with 2 rechargable ‘D’ Cell batteries. Indoors, a 15″ tree made out of hangers and garland and a glass 12″ tree on an LED display light. It all looks great and doesn’t come close to breaking the bank.

If the can is blown or leaking, they are bad. If it looks rusty, they are assumed bad. Otherwise they are okay to eat. Of course one I had was black and didn’t taste very good at all. Didn’t get sick though. If they are home canned tomatoes, then if the lid/seal comes off easily then it is bad. I say after 3 years they are bad regardless. Poisoning the family is not one of my functions.

How do I buy a microwave oven?

Do you mean, what would I recommend? LG makes a really good one. My brother got one and loves it and when I needed a new one, I got an LG too. But the thing is you should look at features also. I use it mostly for heating and occasionally defrosting. One thing I don’t like is the front panel does not light up so I put an LED lamp on it to illuminate the panel in my dark kitchen. Other than that, it does what I need it to.

An example:

~~~~~< BRUSSELS SPROUTS - ROASTED >~~~~~
1/2 lb brussels sprouts......EVOO.......kosher salt......Pepper
Trim stem ends of sprouts, peel if necessary then slice in half. Into a covered bowl add sprouts then add olive oil, salt and pepper. Shake to mix up and place in aluminum foil. Wrap and roast for 6 minutes at 350F.
Simple and tasty unlike those that are overboiled to mush!
