you can't do business in china if you are not particular about gaunxi just like they are. to get gaunxi you need to be well versed with chinese, you have to then meet with your potential partner in business for dinner around 4 to 5 times and dont start the conversation of business until its the 4th meeting.

U can’t.

An Engine designing is done based on a thousand parameters considering a ton of physical and thermal factors involved. A 4 stroke petrol engine is mated with similar designed crank shaft, cam shaft, piston bore dia, stroke length, i could go on. Point is, until and unless you redesign the whole engine block to suit the compressed air capability, the engine is worth nothing. In nutshell, you gotta design the whole block.

Cheers.

You need to run the engine on an emission test rig. A long stick like instrument is inserted into the exhaust (for car and bike), for every gear, the emissions are recorded in the software. Later, a print slip is taken out with the corresponding values of CO, Hydro carbons, Particulates and NOx. The rig is available easily in the market. But it's very expensive.

Hi, First of all it would require one hell lot of investment and huge amount of time. As per my understanding even a grinding unit cost in around Rs. 1000 Cr.

Also there would be many legal formalities to be taken care of

In India most of the greenfield units of cement are setup by FLSmidth (Denmark). You can contact these people.

Hope this will help

Automotive engineering books are considered best by certain foreign authors which are insanely expensive starting from 7000 INR to 0.98 Lacs INR, m not kidding!

There's always an Indian way, here you go, m gonna suggest you some good books written by indian authors and the one i use for my reference..

  • Kirpal Singh- Automobile engineering Vol I and II
  • Mathur & Sharma- Internal Combustion engines.
  • For designing basics- an introduction to FEA by Nitin Gokule.

They are less expensive and will definitely help you construe core basics... Cheers..
