These are my thoughts

  1. Do you have any sales? If so, from who? Are they cold leads or friends/family.
  2. My reason for asking the above is to know who are your target audience. People who buy from you are indicators of who actually value your product. If they are your friends/family however, you can disregard that. Focus on cold leads.
  3. From a consumer standpoint, that isn’t something that I would buy because I don’t have a strong need/want for customised table covers. In fact, most families don’t.
  4. Hence, i believe your market lies in the B2B sector and not B2C. Which is why you might be marketing to the wrong audience, resulting in a lack of sales.
  5. Why B2B? Simple. Food cart vendors. Garage Selling. F&B events for e.g. Beer Fest. All these are potential customers where they would require such table covers to attract people.
  6. Now comes the hard part, why would they buy from you, and not others? In my opinion, never, ever sell “Good Service”. That to me has 0 impact.
  7. How you could do it, is to go to such events stated above, find the vendors who you feel can benefit from your product, give an extremely good price, almost cost, or even free.
  8. In exchange, get them to do a testimonial on the quality of your product. For e.g. designing time, consultation process, thickness, as tangible as possible.
  9. You might be thinking, WHAT?! COST?! FREE?! Yes. If you think people are going to just pay you $145 when you are a nobody, you are very very wrong my friend..
  10. Nowadays, to really sell online, you need a ton of reviews and tangible social proof such as photos of people actually USING your product.
  11. Customers want assurance that yours is the real deal.
  12. So this is what I’d suggest. Subsequently, once you have figured out your customer audience, then figure out what’s the most efficient marketing tool. For event vendors, maybe SEO? or even FB Ads.

Hope this helps!

Cheers
