Do online shopping sites deliver their products?

Amazon does some of their deliveries, as do some companies with a big B2B component (e.g.: Staples local delivery to offices) or furniture companies (e.g.: Raymour & Flanigan). Those are the exceptions, though. Most online stores or Sellers on marketplaces use UPS, FedEx, USPS, Canada Post, DHL, etc., etc.
